SITE CREW
Ensuring the safety of our clients, attendees, staff, and every member of the general public present on the site is our top priority. Our staff undergo thorough first aid training and participate in health and safety courses during their onboarding process. This proactive approach serves to mitigate risks and minimize the possibility of any casualties.
LICENSING & AUTHORITIES MANAGEMENT
In our efforts to comply with licensing rules and regulations, we will collaborate closely with the local council and authorities, keeping them informed of our proposed plans. Regular attendance at Safety Advisory Group (SAG) meetings is part of our commitment, and we will consistently provide our clients with timely updates
TECHNICAL PRODUCTION
We'll procure the necessary equipment for the event, covering aspects like stage rental, PA & lighting, special effects, backline hire, power management, and generators.
EVENT STAFFING
We assemble our team through agencies or independent channels, ensuring that all staff members possess specialised qualifications in their respective roles, and possess fundamental health and safety knowledge.
Our recruitment will encompass front-of-house ticketing staff, bar staff, waste management teams, stage managers, accreditation staff, security teams, and medical professionals.
